🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
