In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process and manage customer orders and transactions.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions.,Assist in training and supervising store staff.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
