Apotek Dewi Kebab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our vibrant restaurant operations. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and our staff are well-trained and motivated. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with marketing and customer service strategies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not required).
