📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
