📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing,Liaise with mechanics and vendors for repairs and maintenance,Track and report on vehicle usage and performance,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies,Provide support to the fleet manager in day-to-day operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Fluency in Indonesian and English
