Home Silver Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Tegal. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and optimizing inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management systems and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of inventory.,Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to support decision-making.,Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory improvement initiatives.,Provide support to the warehouse team in maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is a plus.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
