Point Hub Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Blitar. This is a hybrid position, offering the best of both worlds with a flexible work environment. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR Manager.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
