As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with department heads to understand HR needs and provide solutions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management principles.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
