📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the General Affairs team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reporting.
• Manage team performance, providing training and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
