Every day, you’ll work closely with our event managers and vendors to ensure seamless execution of our clients' events. You’ll handle everything from coordinating with vendors to ensuring that all event materials are in place and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all event materials and equipment are delivered and set up on time.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring that all elements are in place and ready for the event.
• Manage last-minute changes and ensure that all adjustments are communicated and executed efficiently.
• Work closely with event managers to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Assist in the inventory management of event materials and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
• Ensure that all event materials are properly stored and maintained after the event.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event planning strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with event planning tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of local vendors and suppliers in Bali.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
