Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to employees at all levels.,Create and maintain lesson plans and materials that align with the company's language training objectives.,Assess and evaluate the progress of employees in their English language skills.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their language abilities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that English language training is integrated into the overall employee development plan.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching and training.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's language training program.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employees to engage with the English language.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language.,Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience preferred.,Passion for helping others improve their language skills.🛠️ Keahlian
