📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design relevant courses or workshops.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching to employees.,Monitor the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the successful execution of training programs.,Evaluate and report on the impact of learning and development activities.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
