📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the General Affairs department.,Ensure that all administrative and support functions are running smoothly and efficiently.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all administrative needs are met.,Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve departmental efficiency.,Manage and maintain departmental records and files.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other senior management.,Assist in the planning and organization of departmental events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or government setting.,Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
