📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage department operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.,Monitor department performance and report to senior management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage department budget and resources effectively.,Handle departmental administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.,Represent the department in meetings and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record in managing teams and projects.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
