📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the Group Holding, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and expansion.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure financial targets are met and risks are managed.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards, including IFRS and GAAP.,Proficient in Chinese language, both written and spoken.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team is a plus.
