📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets and goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of branch operations with company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and management tools.,Familiarity with banking or financial services industry is a plus.
