📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.,Conduct regular staff training and development to ensure ongoing improvement in service standards.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the branch, ensuring profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar business.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and financial management tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
