📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering goods and services.,Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Support the purchasing manager in managing supplier relationships and maintaining supplier files.,Participate in purchasing meetings and provide updates on procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
