📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet by ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Support the sales team by providing excellent customer service.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized outlet.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Support the outlet manager in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
