PT Putra Jaya is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, fleet management, or a related field, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and records.,Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely vehicle repairs and servicing.,Assist in the preparation of fleet reports and presentations for management.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and planning of fleet-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Fleet Management, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
