📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Managing and mentoring a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Conducting regular staff meetings to discuss performance, training needs, and operational improvements.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the automotive or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with basic financial management and accounting principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.
