Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee the Neuropalliative Care Program, ensuring it meets the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, to deliver exceptional care to patients.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the program's effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the program's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Represent the program at internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the field of palliative care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in healthcare.
• Proven track record in managing and overseeing healthcare programs.
• Strong knowledge of palliative care and the management of patients with neurodegenerative diseases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
