As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of ICON Bali Mall, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient management of all operational aspects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance service quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of ICON Bali Mall, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with retail and tenant partners to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
