📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to meet project goals.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluent in Indonesian (both written and spoken).
