Fast Port Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.,Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.,Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.,Maintain and organize financial records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
