📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently using SAP Payroll and HRIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records and payroll files.
• Calculate and process employee benefits, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve employee payroll-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of tax and social security filings.
• Stay updated with the latest payroll and HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with SAP Payroll and HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
