📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card transactions securely and promptly.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.,Provide information about menu items and specials to customers.,Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
