📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain relationships with banking partners to ensure smooth and efficient financial transactions.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of loans and other financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of financial reports and statements to banking partners.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to banking partners, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Participate in strategic meetings and discussions to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with banking partners.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in financial services and relationship management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to enhance the overall performance of Palawan Pawnshop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services role, preferably in a pawnshop or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the pawnshop industry and financial regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
